Psychotherapy & Psychiatry
Our psychologists and psychiatrists are expertly trained, licensed professionals who act as guides towards helping clients manage and promote their mental health and wellness. We support clients at any age in bolstering cognitive and emotional functioning as well as coping with various challenges, with the ultimate goal of improving wellbeing.
During the initial consultation, our providers conduct interviews, review history, and administer tests, as indicated. After analyzing and integrating the collected information, we discuss with the clients the results of their evaluation and present an individualized plan of treatment. We offer evidence-based psychotherapies and psychopharmacology consultation as forms of psychotherapeutic treatment. Psychotherapies provided include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) such as CBT-I for insomnia, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERB) for anxiety, Behavioral Activation for depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Biofeedback, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal and Relational Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our psychiatrist may also prescribe medications to assist in the therapeutic process.
