Natalie Gavi is a registered dietitian nutritionist and nationally recognized nutrition expert who is passionate about the power that food plays in health, disease prevention and management, and athletic and cognitive performance across the lifespan.
Natalie has in-depth experience in providing medical nutrition therapy across a variety of conditions including: brain injury, epilepsy, stroke, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and eating disorders. She helped create a nutrition program within the UCLA Steve Tisch BrainSPORT and Adolescent Epilepsy programs. There, she provides individualized and sustainable nutrition therapy to help promote brain health, optimize athletic and cognitive performance, manage migraines, and aid patients in their recovery following concussion and brain injury. She also specializes in performance nutrition and has worked with numerous amateur and professional athletes.
Natalie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition Science from The University of Illinois at Chicago, and she earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). Finally, she completed her dietetic internship at OHSU serving clinical and community settings, and researched the role nutrition plays in a variety of neurological conditions.
At The Integrated Clinic, Natalie provides nutritional counseling.
