Educational specialist

Olivia Greene is an Educational Specialist and a credentialed teacher who has experience working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade in public and charter schools. Olivia has supported a wide range of students including those with learning differences, ADHD/ADD, autism, brain injuries, and anxiety. Olivia is passionate about working with neurodiverse learners and started her career as a one-on-one aide. She then became camp supervisor for a summer camp specifically for neurodiverse kids, where she collaborated with neuropsychologists to create academic and social-emotional goals for each camper and planned and facilitated camp activities. She graduated from UCLA’s Teacher Education Program, where she earned her teaching credential and Masters in Education. She is a former teacher who taught high school English, math, and history to both general and special education classes as well as 5th grade math and social studies.

Olivia uses the Orton-Gillingham Approach, Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI Math), the Hochman Method, and the Seeing My Time and SMARTS Executive Functioning curriculums to help teach her clients useful tools and strategies that they can use throughout their educational journey.

Olivia is intentional about incorporating joy and humor into her sessions to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Through relationship building and individualized instruction, she helps students build their self-confidence to overcome obstacles and reach their goals!
