Dr. Sarah Greif is a postdoctoral clinical neuropsychology fellow who approaches neurological health holistically. She specializes in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with cognitive concerns.

Dr. Greif has extensive experience in neuropsychological evaluation across a wide variety of medical conditions and developmental stages. She has provided both group and individual cognitive rehabilitative services to youth, adults, and older adults seeking to improve their quality of life. Her rehabilitative training is rooted in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions with an emphasis on mindfulness practices.

Dr. Greif is an expert in neurodevelopmental assessments, concussion and traumatic brain injury management, and facilitating prehabilitation groups aimed at enhancing executive function. Her comprehensive approach supports individuals in optimizing cognitive abilities and promoting neurological resilience.

Dr. Greif earned her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Clinical and Health Psychology program in the lifespan neuropsychology track at the University of Florida (UF), where she specialized in acquired brain injury. She served as the inaugural lifespan neuropsychology predoctoral fellow at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Semel Institute during her internship.

At The Integrated Clinic, Dr. Greif provides cognitive rehabilitation, biofeedback, neuropsychological assessment, concussion management, and specialized neurodevelopmental evaluation services across the lifespan.
